As pioneers in the Rolling Mill technology in our domain, we have to our credit some of the biggest successfully running brown field projects in India. We adopt a comprehensive approach to every particular requirement, after an in-depth inquiry into the condition and performance. The inquiry, analysis and evaluation at various parameters allow us to put forth the larger scheme for the re-vamp. We identify equipment and methods that have become obsolete for the scale to see the impact on productivity and amplify it with necessary modernisation. The process in place is then further fine-tuned with proactive and robust trouble shooting. Our revamping of mills for scale also includes a focus on overhaul of mill equipment for sustained productivity. Overhauling of hot rolling stands, gearboxes, flying shears, loopers, cooling beds and bar handling areas positively impacts productivity.
